Transportation is done via a car hauler so there is no additional mileage added to your vehicle. If you prefer to find a closer shop we have a network of trusted installers we can utilize to find another option.
We do not warranty parts that receive rock chip damage.
The only real protection against this kind of damage is a paint protection film (also known as a clear bra). These self-healing films provide a barrier between your paint and the rock. We recommend getting paint protection applied to your vehicle if this is a concern for you.
For pieces of the vehicle that cannot have PPF applied to them (such as a grille) we recommend using parts that have a dual layer finish.
When you choose us to install your blackout package everything is backed by a 3 year/36,000 mile national warranty unless explicitly stated otherwise.
If we have a parts kit available for your vehicle it is possible to install yourself, but we do not recommend it. To learn more about installation options, visit our installation support article.
Yes, we can accommodate almost any custom request you can think of. We even have color-matched kits available for some vehicles.
This depends on how involved your build is. The fewer services and parts the shorter the time period. Once we settle on what all you need we can give you an accurate estimate. Typically we have a vehicle in-shop from 1-10 days.
Our goal isn't to be the cheapest. We strive to produce the best-looking and longest-lasting blackout parts possible.
We use genuine OEM parts whenever available and remove the factory chrome before refinishing, rather than painting directly over it. The extra labor and specialized equipment increase costs, but they also deliver a superior final product that lasts longer than the competition.
