Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days unless stated otherwise (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Note: Painted blackout parts average 10-14 days for processing.

We rely on third party shippers to deliver our product. Sometimes there are delays outside of our control, but we will work with our shipping providers to try and resolve any issues and we ask for your patience in those cases.

If the timing of your delivery is a high priority, we recommend reaching out to us to confirm if we think your deadline can be met.

Domestic Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

In-store Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our St. Louis, MO facility. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 8:30AM-5:00PM on Monday through Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

International shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please submit a support ticket and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

UPS will only accept shipments to a valid street address. They do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you require your package be delivered to a P.O. Box address please select USPS as your shipping service.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, (apparel must have tags still attached), and in its original packaging.
